The Dialogue in Silence workshop was developed especially for participants who want clear, confident and purposeful communication skills, useful for everyday work situations. The training units teach fundamental facts about talking with colleagues, business partners and superiors.

The participants are equipped with soundproof ear protection to block nearly all auditory input. This helps participants focus on their own perception and be better prepared to send and receive non-verbal signals.

The trainer, who is hearing impaired, then teaches basic communication strategies used by deaf people. Based on personal experience, the trainer also shares tips and ideas that help internalize these strategies. Open, thoughtful discussion leaves room for questions and explanations.
